We use the information we collect to review and process artist applications, communicate with you about your application status, improve our website and services, send you newsletters and updates if you have opted in, and comply with legal obligations. We share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating our website and services (such as cloud storage and email providers), when required by law or in response to legal process, and with your consent. All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Files you upload through our application form are stored securely on Cloudinary, a cloud-based media management service. These files are accessible only to Roaring Records staff for the purpose of reviewing your application. Files are retained for the duration of your application process and for up to 12 months thereafter.
